Are we losing our way a bit at JWN?

firstly, i want to be crystal clear how grateful i am for jwn.

it's been my place of support for over seventeen years and it's the first online space i direct anyone to if they are taking steps out of the cult.

i am not bashing jwn - i love this place and appreciate the hard work and expense simon puts in to keep it going.

Since Democrats Are All About the “Children” why does ABORTION Not Bother Them?

if everything is supposed to be about the lives of children, how can they hypocritically fight to take babies and kill them?

what about the children and their quality of life?.

A woman I know had 10 abortions in her youth. When she settled down to have a family she had one premature baby that died after 20 days and a second premature girl who barely made it, weighing in at under three pounds. She is now sick with guilt. Honestly, those children born at that time would have been drug babies with shit lives. I don't hold it against her. She is a good mother now, over 49 years later. Call it what you want but it wasn't MY choice to make.

I am assuming the muzzle flashes are flashlights. I suppose its no coincidence they could be mistaken as the rifle firing. Sneaky WT artists.

hall crash

i live in the des moines iowa area , i would be interested in doing a kingdom hall crash after watching some on youtube, i would love to do that with a group of people.

i haven't meet any other ex jw around here.

i was never baptized, i always knew i could never live up to jehovah's standard so i never did even consider baptizing.

No one likes to be told they are stupid or being misled in public. Keep it on the down-low and talk to friends who will listen. Anyone you do not know will think you are a whack job apostate.

Helping my husband wake up, need advice.

my husband is dfed but he is a prime example of someone who was a puppet for the watchtower.

i was able to wake him a little with the sex abuse scandal.

he was an elder and is very familiar with those rules.

Separating children at the border....

i mean, the law about separating children from their fathers crossing southern us border have been in the books since before obama's era.

the thing is that enforcing that law it has become a public relations disaster for the trump administration.

there's also to much animosity in latin america too, remember the classic agitator "u.s. is the evil empire that treat us badly just to see always their own interests".

Oh God, not Pancho Rodriguez Nunez! I hadn't heard. His father is my wife's second cousin's third wife's daughters brother-in laws love child. Wait, its Pedro not Pancho I'm thinking of. My Bad. Look guys, there is no resolution to be had on here. I think public opinion will rule out. We'll wait and see.

How many times can they lose their humanity only to coax each other back from the brink? Its become a repetitious bore. After the Governor the show died a slow death. And now it truly is "The Walking Dead". Fear the Walking Dead was garbage from day one. Madison? No loss. Once you don't care if a character dies its over.
